Waterside Living - Nautilus 01 is situated in the charming seaside town of Jeffreys Bay.
The ground-floor unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen with laundry amenities, a lounge with DStv and a sleeper couch for two, as well as a patio overlooking the sea with braai facilities. The abode also offers guests parking on the premises.
Jeffreys Bay has an abundance of great attractions in and around the area, such as surfing and relaxing on the outstanding beach, the Noorsekloof Nature Reserve and the Jeffreys Bay Golf Club.

The balance outstanding is payable 48 hours before arrival Rates subject to change without prior notice An admin fee and refundable breakage deposit might be added to the Total. Breakage deposit will be refunded within 30 days after departure. Should monies be received or refunds made to a SWIFT bank account, an additional R185 charge will be levied. Preliminary bookings will be cancelled after 24 hours if no deposit received. Payment of deposit (or partial deposit) confirms acceptance of General House rules - see extract further down. Complete copy of House Rules are in a file in the unit, please take notice and adhere to them. INDEMNITY: The guests hereby freely and wilfully indemnifies and holds harmless the Owner and the Agent against any claim of any nature whatsoever which might be instituted against the Owner or the Agent for any injury, loss, damages or inconveniences suffered by the guests, directly or indirectly, in respect of this Agreement.The guests enter the premises at their own risk.Right of admission is reservedPETS: No pets are allowed. Additional cleaning can be arranged at the office at an extra fee. Laundry facilities are available - please arrange at the office. DSTV: Most units and houses has active DSTV. Please check on our website or contact us to confirm. It might be necessary to bring your own card, cables and decoder. Only a few units only has SABC. The contents of the unit will be regarded as correct and the tenants will be held responsible for any shortages or breakages on vacating the premises. In the event of any appliance being out of order, we cannot be held liable for the replacement thereof. SECTIONAL TITLE COMPLEXES: Arrangements for a permit for Day Visitors to be made prior to arrival - R50,00 per car. Permits must be displayed in front window. Visitors allowed between 08h00 and 22h00 only. Park in your allocated parking bay - guests park in visitors parking bays. Only two people per bedroom allowed. Under no circumstances may any items/furniture be taken to another unit. If there is a swimming pool in the complex for you to enjoy, please, no boogie boards or motor car tubes in pool. Kids may not hang on to the gate and fence.Please do not take the kreepy krauly out of the pool. Use outside shower to rinse sea sand - please don't rinse off in pool. No extravagantly loud music; no noise or loud talking please. Additional cleaning can be arranged at the office at an extra fee. Laundry facilities are available - please arrange at the office. No pets are allowed. Premises will be checked after departure. Please leave unit tidy and wash the dishes. Boats / canoes and dogs (Owners only) must be registered at the Marina Martinique Security Gate at a fee of R50. ON DEPARTURE*Please bring plastic table, chairs (and weber) in and stack them in the unit *Please ensure all windows are closed, doors are locked and lights switched off* Please activate alarm (if applicable) *Please leave keys at the Marina Security Gate 2. *IF ANY OF ABOVE NOT DONE, NO REFUND OF DEPOSIT
