The Stables Self-catering Accommodation comprises 5 rooms that were previously horse stables, and can accommodate a group of 10 people. The rooms are furnished with double beds or single beds, and share the use of 2 bathrooms with showers.

Located on the undercover patio, the kitchen is equipped with a 2-plate gas stove, microwave, fridge and tea and coffee facilities. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table and guests can relax in the lounge area. Braai facilities are available in the boma, and firewood is available at an additional cost.

The farmyard is full of life and guests will experience the morning call of a rooster. The 3 dams offer kurpers, black bass and carp for the fishermen on a catch-and-release basis. Birders can view over 200 bird species, including the fish eagle and many waterfowl. A variety of wild game such as impalas, kudus, zebras, nyala, blesbok, and bush pigs, can be seen and guests may even be treated to the sighting of a stray leopard, and various other smaller animals.

Modimolle lies north-east of Bela-Bela, roughly two hours from Johannesburg in the midst of the Waterberg.
