Important Information
⭐ The once off Cleaning Fee is per stay, NOT per day. We only clean after check-out. Should you wish for us to clean for you during your stay, a R250 cleaning fee will be required before the staff can clean for you.
⭐ For longer stays clean linen and towels can be provided upon request.
⭐ We do not have a backup system during load shedding. We do however provide one portable light and we do have a UPS for the router, so you will have uninterrupted Wifi.
⭐ Please be mindful of our neighbours and keep noise levels to a minimum.
📛 No parties or loud music allowed.
📛 No Smoking of any kind is allowed in the unit, in stairwells or other common properties.
📛 Strictly No Pets allowed.
📛 No drinking on walkways, staircases, lifts, or on common property.
📛 No making of fires with charcoal/fire wood on our balcony, inside the unit or on common property.
