We unfortunately got there late in the early hours of the morning (1:00 am)because the bus was delayed. We got to the hotel and we were instructed to call Carla Ligas for her to try and organize the room for us.No phone was answered until 9am in the morning. We were told to wait outside of the hotel because no one from Thapelo Parkview was allowed to wait inside the hotel. We were even told by one of the staff members from there Parkview that we'd get mugged.Eventually I asked one of the ladies to charge our phones for us and told us it was okay to sit in the bar area. I loved the suit, u need to improve cleanliness . The towels were so dirty, and no one came to clean the room till we left and the bar at least if they can close at 12:am or 2:am . It's not safe to far to drink where else there is a bar inside . N breakfast please include it when we book for reservation

The hotel staff, were rude, from the first day we have being asking a simple iron, we had to go up n down ...when ever we asked for anything no one was willing to help. For a self catering room all we got was 2 glasses. Nothing more to use
