About Ons Dorpshuis 8
Ons Dorpshuis 8 offers four rooms. Two are wheelchair friendly with ramps leading to rooms and open showers. Three are normal Maxi Rooms and one is an Executive Room with air-conditioning.
We have worked hard to make Ons Dorpshuis the destination of choice for business clients, as well as a practical stopover for weekend guests or holidaymakers. We are proud to say that we have succeeded in finding the balance between giving our guests a luxurious stay with a certain 'wow' factor, and providing a place that makes each person feel right at home.
We have a conference venue for up to 25 delegates.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking. Email proof of payment to bookings@onsdorpshuis.co.za
The balance is payable on arrival and book-in.Bank details are provided on the invoice.
The Guest House is a NON-SMOKING establishment, your co-operation in this regard will be appreciated. At the Self Catering units smoking is permitted. The rate charged is for the number of people present at check-in. Additional guests will be charged an additional amount of R200.00 per person per night according to our bed configuration in our rooms.
Room allocation can be changed at the managers discretion without prior notification. If you require a specific room please ask for it when making the booking. Please note Self Catering units are not situated on the same property as the Guest Houses.
Check in is at 15 Christie de Wit Street , Rustenburg; 25'41.313' E027'14.278. This is the main reception. From there guests will be accompanied to their specific unit, may it be Guest House room or Self Catering unit.
Rooms will be available for check-in from 15:00 or arrival date - earlier by arrangement. Check-out is at 10:00am, later by arrangement only.
The office closes at about 19:00, if you arrive later please arrange it prior to check-in. The after hour number is 082 927 5097.
Cancellation Policy: If booking is cancelled 2 days before check in before 10:00am the booking will be cancelled without penalty.
If cancelled the day of the booking a penalty of 50% on the accommodation portion will be kept.
In case of a NO SHOW the total outstanding balance must be paid in full.
REFUNDS: In the case of a refund, an admin and banking fee charge of R200 will apply on all bookings. OUTSTANDING: Interest and collection fees will be charged against accounts in arrears longer than 60 days
