Cancellation Policies
Flexible - 7 days
• The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.

Grace Period
• No fees charged for bookings canceled within 24 hours of booking
• Advance Cancellation
• No fees charged for bookings canceled 4 weeks before arrival

Children & Extra Beds
• All children are welcome.
• All children under 2 years are charged ZAR 250 per night in a crib.
• All children under 12 years are charged ZAR 450 per night for extra beds.
• The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.

Internet, Parking & Pets
Internet
• WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.
Parking
• Free private parking is available on site (reservation is not needed).
Pets
• Pets are not allowed.

Guest Information
Guest Arrival Time
• Check-in from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Check-out from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM

Key Collection
• Guests collect the keys at the property
• There's a front desk/reception

This indemnity will be valid from date and for future visits to Nyala Game Lodge.
