Important Information

Check in will cease at 20:00 unless prior arrangements have been made, in which case the room will be forfeited. Please note that all money should be paid in full before any keys will be handed over for checking in. Note that each room contains two single beds.All rooms are fully furnished,any lost,breakage or damage will be added to your account before check-out. The cost will be R450.00p.p.p.n exclusive of any meals. Breakfast is an additional R90.00p.p + a coffee or juice and dinner an additional R150.00p.p. + a coffee or juice. Please no eating in the rooms at all. Breakfast and dinner will be served in the Dining Room. NOTE: All prices are VAT & Safari's Commission excluded.

PLEASE NOTE: NO REFUNDS if cancellations is after 24 hours or contact the guesthouse to make arrangements to postpone the booking.

NON SMOKING POLICY: Out of concern for the effects that second and third hand smoking has on those with respiratory or other health related conditions, smoking is prohibited in all enclosed areas of this guesthouse. Guests are allowed to smoke outdoors, in the private gardens provided or the braai area. A friendly reminder to please close all windows and doors , so smoke wont enter the rooms. Thank you for your co-operation and ensuring that the next guests will also have a pleasant stay!

INDEMNITY:
Guest/s attends this establishment at their own risk. The Proprietor, and/or its employee's (the Proprietor) shall not be liable for, and the guest/s hereby waive/s and abandon/s any claims of whatever nature including but not limited to that for theft, injury, loss or damage of whatever nature against the Proprietor, whether arising from the Proprietor's default, negligence or otherwise.
The guest/s, in addition to the aforesaid, hereby indemnify the Proprietor against any claims which may arise from whatever nature, whether arising from the Proprietor's default, negligence or otherwise.
Please, guest/s are responsible for all safe keeping of their valuables at all times.

Due to damage to our bedding and carpets, no dogs allowed any more at the Guesthouse. admin

The following rules are for each room:
- No eating in the rooms, guests will be held responsible for all dry cleaning charges.
- No smoking in the rooms; guests will be held responsible for all dry cleaning, due to smoke to our bedding and curtains.
- No firearms allowed in the rooms, as there is no safe on the premises.
- PLEASE NOTE: bookings are only for the paid number of guests, any additional guests arriving will be charged the full per person rates per night. No visitors will be allowed in this unit, the room will strictly be the use of the paid number of guests. Visitors allowed to visit in the garden, no sleep overs. Please don't smuggle extra people into your rooms!!!!!!! Thanks

The owners of this property will not be liable for any injuries, lost or damages occurred during your stay, as state above.

Please note a R250.00 cleaning fee payable in cash on arrival.

Any lost, breakage or damage that occur during your stay will be handled as "if you break you pay" and you will be liable for all costs. Please report any breakage or damages at the office. These will be paid in full before departure. Each room contains of a stock on-hand list,, this list is checked and signed before arrival of any guests and will be checked/signed before handed over the keys, due to the high volume of stock lost.
