We didn’t even sleep there!! We want our money back, these people had double booked. They said the people staying in our rooms were refusing to check out! How is that our problem? They gave us horrible alternatives including offering us a room that one of the managers sleeps in!? How are those sheets even clean? There’s RATS! I called confirming our stay twice in the week. I asked until what time can we check in, the manager (Prof Machata Machata) told me at anytime, when we called him upon arrival to express our dissatisfaction he says I can’t be calling him in the middle of the night! It's a bit noisy due to the railway across the road. But it's not that bad.The worst thing that my partner n I were bored with was their bed. The bed is so tiny, it was like a children's bed, you must upgrade to buying queen beds. And as for the comfortability😓 of the bed, haaai it's off. I woke up very tired of that bed. The rooms are very need and clean. Though they say they've got wifi but, it's not there. If it's there, den I don't know because my phone couldn't get it at all. I'm actually disappointed from what I got. It's like you sleeping😭 in a boat.💔💔💔💔
