No Saturday arrivals or departures are accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY/NO-SHOW POLICY OFF-PEAK
Should a reservation be cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total stay will be charged.
Should a reservation be cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total stay will be charged.
In the event of a no show or departure prior to the scheduled date ,100% of the total stay will be charged.

South African Public School holidays, as gazetted.
