To confirm this reservation a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total accommodation tariff must be credited to Fairway Guest House.

Occupation is available from 2pm and the unit must be vacated by 10am on the date of departure (unless prior arrangements have been made with management). Music and general noise must be muted from 10pm in consideration of other guests and neighbors and in line with the local by-laws. No smoking is allowed inside the rooms.

Should there be any breakages or damages, the guest must pay the replacement value of broken articles/property. Although care is taken to safe guard belongings, Fairway Guest House does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage thereto.

Non-arrival and/or failure to occupy for the full period reserved, or any portion thereof will not absolve the guest from payment for the full period reserved. Any cancellation or variation of this reservation form must be in writing, failing which the original terms will remain in full effect. Otherwise the deposit is non-refundable.
