PAYMENT POLICY:
Provisional reservations are held for 24hours, after which time the reservation needs to be confirmed by paying the deposit or alternatively the space will be released for resale.
Payment of the deposit is due within 48 hours of confirmed booking.
Bookings made within the same month of arrival date are due in full within 48 hours.
OENA Group reserves the right to release bookings should the booking terms not be adhered to.

CHILD POLICY:
Children 0-3 years old stay free.
Children 4-17 years old pays 50% of the adult rate.
