Casa Del Playa is a newly built self-catering minimalistic with clean lines establishment (downstairs only) situated in Pearl Bay across the road from the beach with views of the ocean and Dassen Island. This establishment has an INVERTER.The house has four en-suite bedrooms, three of which have stacking doors leading onto the garden/entertainment/braai area. Three bedrooms have Queen size beds and one bedroom has a King size bed which can be separated into two single beds. All beds have white linen and bath towels are provided. This is a downstairs self-catering establishment that sleeps eight people. You pay for the whole house . There are no stairs inside the house (only stairs from the parking to the front of the house .

Important Information
1.Payment in full must be made 10 days before arrival.
2.Smoking is forbidden inside the house. Smoking is permitted outside the house, Cigarette butts must be placed in the provided ashtrays. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the floor or in the garden.
3.No refunds will be given for early departures for reasons beyond the control of the proprietor.
4.Guests attend this establishment at their own risk.
5.The Proprietor, its agents and/or its employees (“The Proprietor”) shall not be liable for any guests and/or guests’ visitors claims, including but not limited to that of theft, loss, and/or damage to personal goods and/or vehicles and/or safety and/or injury of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising whether arising from the Proprietor’s default, negligence or otherwise.
6.Guests and/or guests’ visitors to this establishment indemnify the Proprietor and waive their right to all claims which may arise against the Proprietor, whether arising from the Proprietor’s default, negligence or otherwise.
