This first-floor, two-bedroom unit, is situated in a very quiet complex ensuring complete relaxation, away from city life.The unit consists of an open-plan, well-equipped kitchen and a living area with DStv. The lounge leads onto the balcony via sliding doors, where one can breathe in the fresh ocean air. Any payment confirms acceptance of Conditions of Lease and House Rules.
Breakage deposits (if applicable) will be transferred to your Bank Account within two weeks after Departure, after Inventory has been checked
Should any monies be received from or refunds made to a SWIFT bank account, an additional R185 charge will be levied.
INDEMNITY: The guests hereby freely and wilfully indemnifies and holds harmless the Owner and the Agent against any claim of any nature whatsoever which might be instituted against the Owner or the Agent for any injury, loss, damages or inconveniences suffered by the guests, directly or indirectly, in respect of this Agreement.
The guests enter the premises at their own risk.
Right of admission is reserved.
GENERAL HOUSE RULES Inventory – must be checked by guests (see file in unit):
All items in the unit has been checked. The contents of the unit will be regarded as correct and the tenants will be held responsible for any shortages or breakages on vacating the premises, unless reported in writing to the Office within 12 hours after arrival. In the event of any appliance being out of order, we cannot be held liable for the replacement thereof.
DAY VISITORS & PARKING: Arrangements for a permit for Day Visitors to be made prior to arrival.
Permits must be displayed in front window– R50,00 per car.
Visitors allowed between 08h00 and 22h00 only.
Park in your allocated parking bay – guests park in visitors parking bays.
GENERAL: Only two people per bedroom allowed.
Under no circumstances may any items/furniture be taken to another unit.
Items not in the unit will be regarded as missing and Applicant will have to pay for it, even if it is found in another unit.
If there is a swimming pool in the complex for you to enjoy, please, no boogie boards or motor car tubes in pool. Kids may not hang on to the gate and fence.
Please do not take the kreepy krauly out of the pool.
Use outside shower (where available) to rinse sea sand – please do not rinse off in pool.
No loud music; no noise or loud talking - please consider your neighbours.
No parties or gatherings will be allowed.
LAUNDRY & ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
Our booking rates exclude all cleaning and change of linen in the unit.
Daily cleaning (excluding Sundays and public holidays) can be arranged in advance with office.
Laundry facilities are available, bring washing before 09h00 and collect between 16h00 – 17h00. Please arrange at the office.
Only the cleaning services of Excellent Services are allowed in the unit, no private cleaning services will be allowed.
Premises will be checked after departure.
Please leave unit tidy and wash the dishes.
Boats / canoes and dogs (Owners only) must be registered at the Marina Martinique Security Gate.
ON DEPARTURE (UNITS MUST BE VACATED BEFORE 09H00 ON DAY OF DEPARTURE – Peak Seasons)
*Please bring plastic table, chairs (and weber) in and stack them in the unit
*Please ensure all windows are closed, doors are locked and lights switched off
*Please activate alarm (if applicable)
*Please drop keys at GATE 2 of the Marina.
