About Ella's Bistro
Ella’s Bistro is situated in the Stellenbosch Wine Valley on the R304. The bistro has a lovely family vibe and children can play outdoors on the jungle gym when the weather permits. Enhancing the family air is Ella’s traditional Afrikaans South African cuisine – with the portion sizes to match. It is definitely recommended that guests arrive hungry and ready for a good home-cooked meal.
Bring family and friends for breakfast, lunch or a light meal. Sunday’s are very popular with curry banana ‘frikkedelle’, chicken pie, peas, cauliflower and cheese sauce, spiced rice, and buttermilk pudding with cream to complete the meal – All for R95.00. Other meal options include breakfasts until 12:00, nibbles, samies, wraps, salads, burgers, pies and like-mom-makes-it daily dishes.
The interior creates a social atmosphere with spacious tables and couches. Pop in for a truly South African meal - great for those missing mom’s cooking, and just a great place to dine. Ella’s Bistro tastes like home!
Trading hours extend from Tuesday to Sunday, from 8:30 to 17:00.
