This original farm-to-table restaurant uses produce that is grown on the farm or that is sourced from nearby farmers. Natural, organic produce is used to conjure up healthy food that bursts with flavour.
The number 8 denotes an endless loop that begins and ends in the same place, and this harmonious interconnectedness of life is exactly what this restaurant celebrates. The menu is small and seasonal and the food on offer will be chosen to fully utilize the ingredients available.
Spier's award winning wines complement the food and the tranquil surroundings ensure a great experience. Eight to go next door sells picnic baskets with the same fresh produce to enjoy anywhere on the farm.
