The Nguni beef fillet is sublime, served with mash with burnt sage and a spicy monkey nut sauce with hot buttery sweet potatoes. Soups change daily accompanied by fabulous Venda pot bread. The desserts highlight, a lemon and mango sorbet in a brandy-snap basket.
