Important Information
1. I agree to pay the rental charges as agreed upon prior to arrival, and shall not withhold, defer, or make any deduction from any payment due in terms of the rental agreement.
2. I agree that at no point will more than the than the number of persons stipulated above occupy the property.
3. I agree to notify Thesen Island Destinations of any damages in the villa, visible to me on arrival. I duly accept that I will be held liable for any discrepancies discovered on arrival not reported to Thesen Islands Destinations, as well as any damages / breakages incurred during the stay.
4. Rates are quoted per villa/apartment per night and are quoted in South African Rand.
5. The property owners and management of Thesen Islands Destinations cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any possessions of the guest occupying the villa/ apartment.
8. Amendments to bookings: It is unlikely that we will need to make changes to confirmed bookings. If however, for any reason beyond our control, a situation should arise where we are unable to provide you with the property you have booked, we reserve the right to transfer you to a similar property. However if this is not possible, and you do not wish to be transferred, we will cancel the booking and refund the deposit and Thesen Islands Destinations will not be liable for any cancellation charges for travel arrangements.
9. Our check-in time is 15H00 and our check-out time is 10H00. In most cases we will allow early check-ins and late check-outs if the unit/apartment is available. Please advise us of your travel details.
10. Reservations are subject to terms and conditions on check-in.
11. No pets allowed, unless prior arrangements had been made with management.
12. A 1.5% cash handling fee will be charged for cash payments of more than R5000.
14. I agree to read and abide by the Thesen Islands Homeowners Association Rules and Regulations hereafter noted.
I will comply with the Thesen Islands rules and regulations, and I hold Thesen Islands Homeowners Association, Thesen Islands Destinations cc. and the property owner harmless against any claim for any loss of damage to property, personal injury or any loss of life, howsoever caused, including but not limited to gross negligence.
