The staff were exceptionally helpful and polite. I think having a type of tuck shop which supplies items forgotten (toiletries/colddrinks/snacks) over and above the existing bar, would be fantastic. Overall it was a lovely serene and tranquil stay.

This is unacceptable.. the R450 we paid was meant to include everything listed on the website. We asked for the chairs which were then brought to us. We were not given another table because they were all being used?? So 13 people had one...

Our Stay at TangleWood was great and very relaxing, up until a group of guys arrived on Saturday afternoon ( Bachelors Party) I feel that not enough was done by management to accommodate us for inconvenience that the group of guys caused us I feel that the management could have foreseen this and could have done more stopped it before it got out of hand. Please can you look at a better way to deal with situations like this.
