Important Information

CONDITION OF RESERVATION
- Only the number of persons booked will be allowed on premises. No visitors are allowed and can lead to R300 fine and immediate evacuation for visitor and client with no refund or eny money.
- The accommodation will be available from 14H00 the day of arrival.
- Check out time is before 10H00 on the day of departure. LATE CHECK OUT FEE OF R200 PER 15MIN WILL BE PAYABLE.THE FULL PAYMENT IS NOT REFUNDABLE UPON CANCELLATION.
- 50% Deposit payable for booking, balance payable in CASH on arrival or by EFT 2 days in advance before arrival. PROOF TO BE SUPPLY ON ARRIVAL.
- December month bookings payable by the 1 st of December.
- When leaving the apartment make sure all doors and windows are closed.
- For any loss of damages o property will be for clients account. All items damaged will be payable immediately for replacement.
- No tariff adjustments will be made if the period of stay is shorter than the period booked.
- If occupation does not take place within 24 hours from the arrival date the booking will be deemed cancelled.
- Guest enter the premises at own risk.
- Please remove sandy shoes before entering the apartment.
- No fish may be cleaned on the premises.
- It is placed on record that the LESSOR shall not be liable to the guest, its employees, servants, customers, visitors for any damages that it might suffer through any defect in the aforesaid premises hereby let.
- Guest to ensure all his/her personal property. Do not at any time sit on the furniture with wet bathing suits,foods nor drinks.
- We regret – NO PETS OR LIVING CREATURES OTHER THAN HUMANS, NO NOISE, NO SMOKING, NO FIREWORKS, NO VISITORS ARE ALLOWED AT ALL TIMES.
- No children allowed without supervision. Children must please be quiet. No running around or jumping on beds allowed.
- No smoking allowed inside the building. Steam cleaning costs of R1000.00 for smoking in unit will apply.
- Braai facilities only allowed for guest whom checked in at apartments.,R50.00 deposit will be charged for portable braai if facilities are needed. Braai Deposit will only be handed back during working hours and if braai is clean. Please keep noise levels like talking and loud music low and respect your neighbours. Do not do distance communication.
- Please take responsibility for childrens actions at all times.
- If a toilet has been used please make sure the water does not run after flushing ,if water runs after flushing please advise office.
- No excessive alcohol usage or drunkness allowed on this premises!
- Lights inside and outside may not be left on unattended, If you switch a light on please switch it off once done.
- Electricity & Over usage of water will be billed on clients account.
- If washing needs to be done please inform office as there will be additional charges contact details can be provided.
- Vehicles must be parked on reserved areas, no oil leaking vehicles may park on the premises, only one vehicle per apartment are allowed on the premises. Washing of vehicles and washing on the premises is prohibited.
- If swimming pool has been provided please enter at own risk, supervision is needed at all times. We will not be hold responsible for any accidents. Towels, T/Paper and food, Excluded
Any person that does not comply with our rules will be asked to leave premises immediately. No refunds will be done.
- Late check in after 20H00 will charged at R300 additional check in fee on arrival, payable in cash upon arrival.
