Important Information

R500 CASH refundable deposit required for breakages 50% payment secures booking and is payable within 24 hours of receiving quotation. Balance payable just before arrival. Cash, EFT or Visa, Mastercard and Debit cards accepted. No Cheques accepted. If bookings are cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival, any deposit or prepayment is forfeited. Between 7-14 days prior, 75% is forfeited Between 14-21 days prior, 50% is forfeited Between 21-28 days prior, 25% is forfeited. Check in a from 14h00 -18h00. Late arrival for pre-booked accommodation needs to be arranged prior to arrival. A surcharge of R200 will be charged in the event of a late arrival where no notice has been given. Check out Time – 10h00. A prorate surcharge will be charged in the event of guests checking out late without prior arrangement with management. Late check outs will be at managements discretion.

No persons other than those quoted for and booked are permitted to share the accommodation. In the event that it is possible to accommodate any extra person/s in the same room, an additional charge will become payable. The final decision regarding the accommodation of additional persons in the same room rests entirely with the management or agents of Fairhills Country Home.
No visitors are permitted on the property without prior arrangement and agreement from management. Any deliveries are to be collected at the main gate to the property. No smoking is permitted anywhere in the house. The apartment has 3 adjoining units. Out of respect for other residents, noise levels are to be kept to a minimum at all times with no noise after 22h00. No loud music permitted at any time. The property uses a septic tank system, please do not flush any sanitary goods or chemicals in the toilet. Use the dustbins provided.
