Chakas Cove is positioned in the Shaka’s Rock area in Ballito, along the stunning Dolphin Coast of KwaZulu Natal. The apartments are only 800m to the Chakas Rock beach. The complex has a large swimming pool. We have two private self catering apartments, which are near to each other. They are in a secure, gated complex. Apartment 1 is open-plan and features a king-size bed, a bathroom with a shower in the bath. Apartment 2 has a queen size bed and shower only. Units are allocated upon request. Both apartments have an open plan kitchen and a small lounge with DStv and an HD Tv. We provide the basic utensils but please bring your own consumables as well as bath and beach towels. Apartment 1 has a small balcony / patio with 2 patio chairs overlooking the ocean and romantic couples can watch beatiful sunrises. One often spots dolphins swimming by. Braai facilities are available, close to the pool area. There is a quaint pizza Cafe across the road. Adequate, secure parking is available on the premises. Regretabily we do not accommodate scholars for the Matric Rage Weeks. No pets are allowed. An admin fee of R300 is charged to prepare the flat for you which includes clean linen. We hold a key / damage deposit of R1000 which will be refunded to you 3 / 4 business days after departure. Guests can enjoy numerous great attractions in and around the area, including the spectacular Dolphin Coast Beaches which have beautiful rock and tidal pools. The famous Thompson's beach is nearby with the large salt swimming pool called Charlies and the 'whole in the wall'. The quaint Salt Pizza shop is over the road and an sports bar and restaurant 2 on Main in walking distance.
