Important Information

Perfect for families or groups of friends comfortable sharing the very large (40 m²) upstairs loft.
Permission required for visitors and extra guests sleeping over will be charged.
The unit is self catering with a small equipped kitchen.

Situated in a quite part of the Hout Bay valley surrounded by beautiful mountains.

The unit is semi-detached with its own entrance.

I like to welcome the guests when they arrive and am available to assist with any enquiries.

It is important to note that the double bed and two single beds are in one large 40 m² loft upstairs. There is a cupboard and dressing table that separates the double beds from the two single beds but they are in the same room.

The double sleeper couch is downstairs in the lounge.

There are 3 stairs leading to the entrance. The accommodation is not wheel chair accessible.

This area is not serviced by public transport. However, Uber can be used.

No pets. No smoking allowed inside.

Quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful mountains under the pine trees. Access controlled neighborhood with nightly patrols.

Own transport is preferable. Public transport does not service this area. However, uber does service this area.

Comply with water restrictions.
